- Do I need a permit for a fence in Frisco?
- Yes, for most work. Frisco's FAQ says fence permits are required for all fences built, except repairing or replacing a portion limited to two sections or 16 feet. The city fee schedule (effective 10/1/2026) lists fences at $75.
- How tall can a fence be in Frisco?
- Frisco's FAQ says up to 8 feet from grade in the rear and side yards, and 4 feet for fences built in front of the house.
